We're Teenage Girls

We text all day, we wear makeup. Our hair has to deal with being pulled and bushed and straightened or curled. We have to worry about shaving our legs and getting over breakups. We cry a lot. We have attitude. We fall in love way too easy, and we love to go shopping. We can't help but fall in love with the wrong guys and get our hearts broken. Our hearts take so much more time to heal boys don't realize how much they hurt us, and they don't know why we act the way we do. They don't understand us, so they don't know how to treat us. We're all just waiting for the perfect guy to come and save us from our tears, but some of us will wait forever and ever.
